Welcome Judy Harrigan’s Blog
I want the practice of yoga to reach as many people as possible, and facilitate the kind of meaningful change I know is possible. My yoga practice radically changed the way I understood myself and the world. It taught me that true peace, strength, and success comes only as a result of a life lived in balance and harmony. It has also deepened my understanding of how we relate to and take care of each other as a collective society. Profound positive personal change, as well as meaningful global change, is possible through the practices that teach us about compassion and the interdependent nature of our world. I believe that introducing more people to the deeply healing benefits of yoga has the power to completely transform our society.
